Test Karaf

Available since Camel 2.18

Camel testing using Apache Karaf with Pax-Exam.

This component allows to perform integration testing by running Karaf containers using Pax-Exam.

The component is in development and needs some more polish to be ready. In addition there is also need for documentation.
